When I export data from a chart in the Insights reports, I only get 5,000 rows of results, when I know there's far more data than that. Why?
This is a default setting with our analytics reporting tool, to make data as digestible for users as possible. However, it is possible to retrieve more rows than this should you require it. When you run your export, adjust the 'Number of rows to include' limit, by selecting 'Custom' and adjusting the row count there.
2. How up-to-date is the data that I see in the Insights reports?
The data in the Insights reports is refreshed roughly every 30 minutes, so there may be a short delay between an action taking place within Plentific and it appearing in the corresponding report.
