Can I Respond to a Customer Review?

If a customer leaves you a review, you may want to send a response.

You can do this by logging into your Plentific Dashboard, selecting ‘My Reviews’ and clicking on the review in question; you will then be taken to a new page where you can write your response.

Keep in mind that responses to reviews will be public, meaning that visitors will be able to read your response on your profile page. As such, it is important to make sure that your response is respectful, clearly written and inoffensive.
