In order to access your money, you will need to set up your Plentific Wallet and have it approved. Even if a customer sends money to you via Plentific, you will not be able to withdraw it until your Plentific Wallet is approved.
To get started, open your Plentific Dashboard and select ‘My Wallet’. You will be asked to provide key information on your company, along with your legal representative. To finish, you will need to type in your bank details.
Once you have provided all the necessary information, you can submit your wallet for approval with the Plentific team. If everything checks out, your wallet should be approved within two working days.
