Plentific keeps the contact information for customers and Pros confidential. However, you can still call a customer using your Plentific Dashboard:
- Select ‘My Jobs’, then click on the project connected to the customer you want to call
- On the next page, select ‘Call Customer’ to be issued with a proxy number
A ‘proxy number’ is a single-use telephone number that will allow you to call a customer without having to know their main number. It will become invalid after one use, but you can create a new one as many times as necessary.
Keep in mind that there will be no official record of anything that you and your customer arrange over the phone. If you and your customer discuss things like additional expenses, work dates or invoice payments, we recommend sending a message to the customer to confirm everything in writing. Your messages will be automatically saved by the Plentific platform in case you need to reference them later.
