Can I Unaccept a Quote?

If you accept a quote by mistake, you can unaccept it as long as you have not paid your deposit. To do so, simply select your project’s page in your Plentific Dashboard and then click ‘unaccept quote’.

If you have already paid a deposit, the job will need to be cancelled and the money refunded. In this case, please contact Plentific’s team at support@plentific.com and let them know that you would like to unaccept the quote.
