How Do I Know If a Pro Has Requested a Payment?

When a Pro wants to request a payment on Plentific, they will create and send an invoice. You will then receive an email alert, complete with a link to help you make your payment.

You can also check whether there are any outstanding payments for a project by locating it in your Plentific Dashboard. To the right of the project's page, you will be able to see:

  • Your Pro's quote for the job
  • How much you have already sent as payment
  • How much your Pro has requested via an invoice
