The Plentific Guarantee is a policy that covers each and every job booked on the Plentific website, the Plentific app or via a partner’s ‘Find-a-Pro’ service. It is completely free and offers a number of unique perks:
- If a job is not finished to the standard agreed between the customer and Pro, Plentific will arrange for the Pro to return and make the necessary improvements
- When the Pro is unavailable to complete the work, Plentific will arrange for a replacement and will cover costs of up to £1,000
- Plentific will find a replacement if a customer’s chosen Pro vanishes or stops responding to messages in the middle of a job
- Customers can also call a legal advice helpline if their Pro refuses to complete their work as arranged
To use the Plentific Guarantee, the customer must make their claim within 15 days of their job being completed. If no work was finished, a claim can be made within 15 days of the customer’s last attempt to reach an agreement with their Pro. Plentific reserves the right to decide whether a job had been completed to an acceptable standard.
