The Plentific Guarantee is a policy that covers all jobs booked on the Plentific platform, the Plentific app or via the ‘Find a Pro’ service on any partner websites. It comes with a number of features designed to give customers much more confidence in hiring trade professionals:
- If a job is not finished to the standard agreed between the customer and Pro, Plentific will arrange for the Pro to return and make the necessary improvements
- When the Pro is unavailable to complete the work, Plentific will arrange for another Pro to do so and, covering costs of up to £1,000
- Plentific will find a replacement if a customer’s chosen Pro vanishes or stops responding to messages before a job is completed
- Customers can also call a legal advice helpline if their Pro refuses to complete their work as agreed

To use the Guarantee, the customer must make their claim within 15 days of their job being completed. If no work was finished, a claim can be made within 15 days of the customer’s last attempt to reach an agreement with their Pro. Plentific also reserves the right to decide whether a job had been completed to an acceptable standard.
