Why Are URLs Not Showing in My Messages?

Plentific does not allow messages to contain URLs. This is to help protect customers from dangerous links, and to keep their contact information secure.

Though you can't send your customers to your website, you can upload a great deal of information to your Plentific Profile:

  • Descriptions and pictures of past projects to show the quality of your work
  • Your company's services and catchment area
  • Reviews from your clients will also appear here

You can also send documents or photos to a customer when writing a message. Simply click on 'attach photo or file' and you will be able to select files from your device to upload.
