Cancellation & Refunds

For whatever reason, sometimes a customer will want to cancel their project. If you reach this stage, what you are entitled to will depend on the stage your project has reached.

Plentific has established rules for what Pros and customers are entitled to in these situations:

  • If you have accepted a quote but have not yet paid your deposit, you can cancel anytime 
  • If you have paid your deposit, you are entitled to a refund if you cancel within 14 days, though your Pro's administrative fees may apply
  • If work on the project has already begun within 14 days, you are not entitled to a refund
  • After 14 days, you will no longer be entitled to a refund of your deposit
  • If your Pro has already withdrawn your deposit and it is still within 14 days, they will have to pay back the amount through Plentific's system
