What if I don’t have enough Plentific credits when I am shortlisted for a lead?


If you show interest in a job and are shortlisted for it, the cost of the lead in Plentific credits will be taken from your Plentific Wallet. It is important to keep your credits topped up to ensure that there are no problems with paying for the leads you want.

In a case where you are shortlisted but do not have enough credits to pay for the job, your account will be automatically charged for 25 additional credits. This way we make sure that you have a chance to speak to the customer who shortlisted you and win the job.

If this happens frequently, we recommend increasing your monthly budget. This will help you to avoid unexpected costs and benefit from a 10% credit bonus.
