How do I update my bank account information?

If you want to update your bank account information, start by logging in to Plentific and
Selecting the ‘Business’ tab at the top left of your screen.

On the next page, scroll down until you reach the section marked ‘Bank account details’. Here you can update:

  • Account holder name
  • Sort code
  • Account number

Keep in mind that if you do not have a valid bank account on your Plentific profile, you will not be able to withdraw money from your Plentific Wallet.
