How do I set, change or update my work area?

Plentific sends job leads to you based on your location.

Plentific sends leads to Pros based on their location. Keeping your work area updated will be crucial if you want to keep receiving the most relevant local leads.

To update your work area, start by logging into your Plentific Dashboard:

  • Select ‘Business settings’ followed by ‘Work area’
  • This page contains the section ‘Company Address’, which should be the main address for your business
  • You will also see your ‘Catchment Radius’ listed. This refers to how far from your address you are willing to travel for work
  • You can also add additional office branches here if you operate in multiple locations.

These details can be altered whenever necessary - just be sure to save any changes that you make!
