Permission to send emails to Tenants

To email reports and appointments to Tenants from TouchRight you must indicate that they have given you permission to do so.

You can indicate this by editing the Tenant and selecting 'Yes, the tenant has given permission'.

If you have received permission from all your Tenants then the Account Owner is able to opt in all Tenants in one go.

  • This can be done by selecting 'Tenants' in the left hand side menu and then choosing 'Manage Tenants' from the dropdown menu.

  • Then click the Permissions button located in the grey Tenants header.

If you are about to email a report to a Tenant, then you will need to click the link where it states 'ensure you have indicated you have permission here' and then click the button 'Yes, the tenant has given permission' (see below).

Until permissions have been given, you will be unable to email reports to the Tenant from TouchRight.
