Updated over 11 months ago

Account Owners can change formatting settings to create uniquely branded reports, from bold, coloured and shaded text through to full document watermarks or specific cover images for certain types of reports.

Business Branding

Customise your account with your business logo, brand colour and display your industry accreditations with pride on all your reports.

Cover Images and Watermarks

Front Cover Image Date and Time Stamp

You can choose whether you wish to display the Date/Time stamp on the front cover image.

  1. Navigate to Account>Settings.

  2. Scroll down to PDF Settings.

  3. Make your selection and tap the save button on the top right of your Account Settings window.

Set Cover Images for Specific Reports

You can choose to set an image to be displayed on the front cover of a particular report type. This is particularly useful if you're compiling a report where you haven't yet attended the property i.e., Landlord Fact Find Report.

Some clients like this option for uniformity across their reports and opt for simply displaying the property within the report content.

This Article explains how to create and edit your Report Names and includes instructions on adding your chosen static image.

Watermarks

Add an image to your account that displays as a background watermark on all pages of the final report PDF, giving another subtle way to brand your reports.

  1. Navigate to Account>Settings.

  2. Scroll down to PDF Settings.

  3. Click the 'Choose file' button and select to find the image you want to use.

Additional Settings

You might also like to have additional sub-headings to break down the content for easier reading and perhaps you would like to capture some content in a table rather than in list format - these structural changes which will need to be made to your Report Templates.
