Yes, you can schedule appointments for any given date in the future on the dashboard or the next 7 days within the app.
Yes, you can schedule appointments for any given date in the future. When setting the appointment, click the ‘Schedule’ tab on the left hand side menu and select your required date if scheduling past the next 7 days.
Alternatively, select 'Appointments' from the left hand side menu and choose 'Create Appointment' to bring up the same calendar window.
You then have the option to select either:
Schedule Appointment for App - this will create the appointment making it available to sync to the app.
Create Report in Dashboard - this will create the report for the appointment and making it available for edit in your Dashboard area prior to your appointment. IMPORTANT: If utilising the 'Create Report in Dashboard' option, after completing your edits, you must click the 'lock to sync' icon next to the property report to create the appointment and sync the report to the app.
Please note that your appointment won’t sync to your device until within 7 days before the appointment. This helps reduce the load on your device, and means you just see the most important upcoming appointments.
