How do I schedule an appointment on the dashboard?

New to TouchRight?

Once a property has been created, schedule an appointment to sync the app to complete.

  • Click on ‘Schedule’ in the side menu or 'Create' in the Appointments tile below the map.

  • Select the property, report name and inspector from the dropdown menus.

  • Select date and/or time in the calendar.

  • Select the report template you want to use - click the magnify icon to preview.

  • Confirm by selecting 'Schedule for App' and it will be ready to download to the app.

Additional Appointment Options

  • As you get more familiar with TouchRight, you can use other options to:

    • 'Link' to a previous report when if one is available (to see what you said last time and create a comparison report).

    • Add a tenancy to display details on the PDF.

    • 'Create Report in Dashboard' to complete your report in the office, as well as 'Schedule for App'.
