Acquaint CRM - how do I connect / disconnect my account with TouchRight?
Updated over a year ago

TouchRight integrates with Acquaint CRM, one of the leading management software systems for letting agents and estate agents.

The system is designed to be scalable from single user, to multi user, multi branch or even franchise models. Acquaint CRM is packed with features designed to cut down on as much repetitive admin as possible leaving teams more time to develop their business.

What does the connection allow?

Acquaint is one of the leading management software systems for letting agents and estate agents. It is packed with features to cut down on repetitive admin.

  1. Property, landlord, tenant and full appointment/template information will flow from Acquaint into TouchRight when appointment scheduled, without the need to duplicate information.

  2. Links to final reports will automatically be stored against the property in Acquaint.

  3. Integration fully set up and managed within your Acquaint dashboard.

  4. Synchronised appointments, change the date/time or delete an appointment in Acquaint and it will update in TouchRight.

How to set up the integration

  • Enable the connection straight from within your Acquaint account in 3rd Party Integration.

Please note: if you are an Acquaint customer based in Ireland, please get in touch once you have enabled the connection, so that we can enable properties using an EIR code (not a UK postcode) to be synced to TouchRight.

How to disconnect the integration

  • Remove the 3rd Party Integration for TouchRight from within your Acquaint account.

  • The Account Owner should then email [email protected] advising that they no longer wish to have Acquaint connected to their account and the team will request the back office connection flag to be removed.
