If you can't locate a report you have synced from the app to the dashboard, there are a number of things you can do to locate your report.
Make sure the report has definitely fully synced from your device by checking the Sync Log in the app. If it's showing as 'Partial' or has a black line beneath, check your internet connection and try synchronising again.
Clear the filters in your reports screen of the dashboard and then make sure you've used the search bar (at the top of the address column) to search for your report, in case it's not on the first page of Reports.
It's possible that you may not be able to see the report if the appointment was deleted by mistake whilst the appointment was on your device. Check your 'Deleted Appointments' area (Manage Appointments>Deleted Appointments button). Also check your 'Deleted Reports' area (Manage Reports>Deleted Reports button). You can recover the deleted appointment or report by clicking the 'recover' button.
