How can I update my list of properties/templates in the app?

If you're using the TouchRight app to schedule your appointments, then you may need to update your list of properties or templates in the app, particularly if new ones have been added in the PC dashboard and you need to use them.

  1. First, tap the plus button to start scheduling your appointment:

2. Then pull/drag the screen down from the top - this will refresh both the list of properties within your app and your available templates.

Once you've selected your property you can then proceed to select a template and finalise your appointment.

Alternatively, you can log out and back into the app (connection required) and that will also refresh the list of properties and templates.

Please note: those with external user permissions will only be able to view, update and schedule appointments against properties where they have property manager rights.
