Can I customise a report before I go to the property?

Yes, our software allows you to create a report on the dashboard, customise the document and then schedule an appointment to take that version of the document with you to the property.

Select the 'Create' button in the 'Reports' Tile on the Dashboard.

Fill out the details and select the template you wish to use as you usually do when scheduling your appointment but click on the 'Schedule Report for the Dashboard' button at the bottom.

On your main dashboard select the number adjacent to 'Reports in Review' from the Account Activities. (You can also simply access your report via the Reports>Manage Menu)

Click the pencil adjacent to the report you wish to edit.

Customise your report by selecting the Configuration Side Menu on the far right and using the square arrows to click and drag sections into a different order or clicking the eye icon to hide sections that are not relevant to the property. You can also click into section heads and rename as required.

Finally tap the Lock for Sync button located in the top right menu.

Click 'Schedule Appointment for App'.

The configured report will now be available to sync to the app.
