When using an inventory report template you will have options to add items within each room, and then include descriptions, conditions, notes and photos of each item.
If you are completing an inventory report, it's likely that you will have opted to use an inventory template when scheduling your appointment.
When you open a room, you should:
Find the item in the list that you want to add and tap the name to add, then tap the 'present' button
Additional fields will then be available for you add condition, description, notes and photos
Tap the name of the item again to collapse it down
Use the 'Open All/Close All' buttons to see all items at a glance, in one screen
If an item is not listed, tap the '+' button to add
If you have marked an item as present by accident, simply tap 'remove' and it will not appear in your report.
