How do I complete a report in the app?

New to TouchRight?

  • Sync the appointment to the app (tap Synchronise and Download Appointments).

  • Then tap the clipboard button to the right of the appointment to start the report.

If you want to reorder and configure the template for the property, tap the 'Customise Report' icon. Read more in this separate FAQ.

Start your Report

  • Tap the front cover section to add an outside shot of the property - this will appear on the front of the PDF.

  • Tap the name of the section you want to start with - you can complete the rooms in any order.

  • Work through the questions, adding information as required. Tap the microphone button when completing text fields, to dictate your report for quicker completion.

  • Where photo options are included in the template, tap the camera icon to add live photos, or tap the camera roll button to select existing photos.

  • Navigate through the report using the forward and backward arrows, and mark sections as complete as you go to track your progress.

  • Once the report is complete, press the 'Complete Report' button on the main report screen. It then will be available to sync.

  • When you have an internet connection, press the 'Synchronise' and 'Send Reports' button. Once the report is synced, it will be removed from the app and available for further editing on the dashboard.
