*'Job completed' being the last Completion Report submitted date or, in cases with no completion report, the date the job is marked as ‘done’ manually

A work order is counted as a 'First Time Fix' if there is a single attended booking and there’s an approved completion report or an 'On-site works completed' date is present for the work order.
