Reapit - how do I use it with TouchRight?

TouchRight integrates with Reapit, the property software platform used by leading agents.

Reapit’s property software helps agents grow their businesses across sales, lettings, and property management, allowing agents to get the most out of their marketing investments, accelerate sales progression, and dramatically improve productivity across their businesses with an intuitive and fully integrated suite of products on a cloud hosted database.

What does the connection allow?

  • No duplication - property, appointment, tenant & landlord information shared from Reapit to TouchRight

  • Everything kept in sync – updates shared between Reapit and TouchRight seamlessly – whether updating a property, tenancy, appointment or report

  • Reports easily accessible - completed property reports instantly available in Reapit

  • Save time and effort - no double-entry data!

How to use the integration

  • Once connected, use your Reapit diary to schedule your appointments, making sure to select the appointment types that you specified in TouchRight.

  • Then go to your TouchRight dashboard and click on Properties > Appointments then ‘Sync with Back Office Provider’

  • All appointments for the last 3 days and next 14 days will be synced, and the property/tenant/landlord records will be created in TouchRight automatically

  • Then simply edit the ‘provisional’ appointments and select the Report Template

  • The appointments are now ready to be synced to the app, or converted into a report

  • You can easily update property/tenant/landlord records in TouchRight (if they've been updated in Reapit):

    • Click the Sync button on the appointments list screen - this will provide a list of appointments currently scheduled in Reapit and will sync over any that don’t currently exist in TouchRight.

    • Edit an provisional appointment and click the Sync button on the appointment detail screen - This will provide up to date details of tenants at the property, useful if you have created an appointment on an existing tenant and there has been a change in tenancy

    • Provisional appointment screen - You can use the tenancy dropdown options to select the tenancy relevant to the appointment following the sync

    • Click the Sync button located on the edit property screen - This option will provide the latest changes on tenancies at the property

Please note:

  • Only properties in Reapit with the marketing mode set to “letting” will be available to sync into TouchRight.

  • Only properties with the following tenancy types are available to sync into TouchRight:

    • toLet

    • toLetUnavailable

    • arrangingTenancyUnavailable

    • arrangingTenancy

    • tenancyCurrentUnavailable

    • tenancyCurrent

    • tenancyFinished

    • tenancyCancelled

    • letPrivately

Deleting appointments

If an appointment has come across from Reapit and then gets deleted in TouchRight and you then resync, it will not reinstate that appointment. However you can recover deleted appointments in TouchRight by clicking the Deleted Appointments button shown below, and then click the 'recover' button on the right hand side.

'Matching' properties

If you have added any properties manually in TouchRight, then those properties can be 'matched' with Reapit to avoid duplicates - please click the 'Match Properties' button in the Properties screen, to start this process. Properties will either be listed as:

  • Unmatched - click the pencil icon to find a Reapit property to match to. This should be done on any 'unmatched' properties, before clicking the 'Confirm' button.

  • Partially Matched - this means that a suggested match has been made - if the suggestion looks correct them click the 'Confirm' button.

  • Already Matched - nothing needs to be done, as these properties have successfully matched.
