Add photos, copy or move them around your report on your dashboard - a great feature if you're fingers were click happy within the app when compiling your report!
To add a photo to your report whilst in the dashboard
When a report is back on the PC dashboard, open the report by selecting the 'Reports' tab in the left hand side menu, click on 'Manage Reports' and click the pencil next to report to edit.
You can also click the 'Manage' button in the Reports tile on the dashboard, and then filter to see your 'in review' reports.
Once the report is open, scroll down to the area of the property you wish to insert a relevant photograph
Locate and click the ‘Choose File’ icon
Select a file from your computer to upload (the file must be in JPG format and less than 10MB in size)
Please note: If you choose to add photos to a report on the dashboard, those photos will be dated/timed according to the date/time they were actually taken on your device/camera.
The image can then be rotated or deleted using the icons displayed in the bottom right corner of the image (circled in the image below).
To move or copy a photo into a different area of your report
Open the report you wish to edit and click the 'Copy/Move Photos' button in the grey bar at the top of the screen.
Locate the photos you want to move or copy and select by ticking the box next to 'Select Photo'.
Open the section that you want to move or copy the photos to, and click the 'Move Here' or ‘Copy Here’ button.
