Find out how to export your maintenance issues into a csv
To access the issues area in the dashboard, click on the 'Issues' tab in the left hand side menu.
All individual issues will be listed, and a number of tasks can then be carried out:
Create issues report - select a number of issues using the tick box option on the left (shown above), and then click the 'Create Issues Report' button to download those selected issues into a PDF report (which includes any photos). These reports can be sent to contractors or landlords.
Edit, update, download, email or delete any issues - using the buttons in the Actions column shown above.
Download a CSV report (in Excel) - press the Download CSV button shown above, select the information you want to include across a customisable date range, and then press download (see below). This is a useful way to see all of the issues information in an easy-to-edit format.
