The app has closed down. What can I do?

Provided you are using a device that is capable (minimum 2GB RAM), it is very rare for the app to crash or fail.

A common cause is when a device is running at maximum capacity, with numerous other apps running in the background at the same time. To help prevent a crash, we recommend you close down any background apps you are not using. We also recommend using a device which is less than four years old, with at least 2GB of RAM.

Also try closing the TouchRight app (double press the device 'home' button and then swipe the TouchRight app away to close), then reopen. This often helps to refresh the app.
