FixFlo - how do I use it with TouchRight?

Fixflo is an online repair reporting system for rented properties.

What does the connection allow?

Seamlessly tag, track and update the status of property repairs;

  • Repairs and photos can easily be tagged in a TouchRight report in the TouchRight app or, back in the office on the dashboard.

  • Those repairs and issues can then be pushed to Fixflo at the push of a button.

  • Repairs can be tracked through the Fixflo workflow management tool and the status updated back in TouchRight.

How to use the integration

  • Once the accounts are connected, you will have the option to identify and tag a specific repair and photos, which generates an ‘Issue’ - this can be done either on-site in the app, or once the report has synced back to the dashboard

  • You then have the option to push the issue to Fixflo, either via the TouchRight app or dashboard

  • You can track the issue in the Fixflo workflow management tool, and any status updates in Fixflo can be reflected in your TouchRight dashboard via a ‘Check for Updates’ button

Do you have your CRM connected with TouchRight?

TouchRight integrates with several CRM/back office systems including Acquaint, agentOS, MRI Qube SLM, SME Professional and Reapit. As addresses can be displayed differently across systems, it's possible to add a Fixflo ID in TouchRight for each property, so that you know an 'exact match' has been made and any issues created in TouchRight will sync back against the correct property in Fixflo.

If you are an existing client you can simply edit a property and add the Fixflo IDs manually yourself, however if you would like assistance with updating all properties with the necessary Fixflo ID, please get in touch with the team. A fee for this service may apply.

Please note: there is an additional option that can be enabled to allow you to sync across your Fixflo property records into TouchRight at the push of a button - please contact us for more details at [email protected].

This feature cannot be enabled if you are already using another back office integration e.g. Acquaint, agentOS, SME Professional etc.
