Plentific works with landlords to transform how they deliver repairs and maintenance services, through a powerful marketplace SaaS platform that empowers landlords and property managers to launch and manage their own fully flexible contractor supply chain.

What does the connection allow?

Seamlessly tag, track and update the status of works orders:

  • Issues and repairs can easily be created and categorised in a TouchRight report in the TouchRight app or, back in the office on the dashboard, including photos.

  • Those repairs can be pushed as works orders to the Plentific Repairs Manager platform at the push of a button.

  • Track the repairs through the Plentific Repairs Manager platform, where every repair (from raised to resolved) can be managed from end-to-end, all from one screen.

How to set up the integration

There are 7 steps to connect to Plentific:

  1. Go to the Integrations page in TouchRight (Account>Integrations)

  2. Open the Plentific section, then enter your Plentific 'Client Id' (this can be found in the 'API Keys' section of your 'Account and Settings' page within Plentific)

  3. Enter your Plentific 'Client Secret' (this will have been provided when you first set up an API Key within Plentific)

  4. Add the Plentific 'Webhook Secret' (this will have been provided by your Plentific Account Manager)

  5. Click the 'Connect' button above

  6. Confirm the Plentific Organisation details, then add the Plentific 'Webhook Secret' (this will have been provided by your Plentific Account Manager)

  7. Your details will be validated with Plentific

Note: once the accounts are connected, properties, tenants and landlord details stored in TouchRight will seamlessly start to sync to Plentific.

Requirements for the data sync

  1. All properties in TouchRight must include address line 1, city and postcode. Any that do not include these fields will not be available to sync to Plentific.

  2. Any tenant record that includes an email must be using a valid email format. If the email format is not valid, then the property record will not sync.

  3. Any landlord record that includes an email must be using a valid email format. If the email format is not valid, then the property record will not sync.

How to disconnect the integration

Simply navigate to Account>Integrations in your TouchRight Dashboard locate the Plentific line and tap the 'Disconnect' button.
