Can I use my own email address for replies?

You have a choice where replies to emails you send from TouchRight are received, learn how to change them here...

Replies to emails sent through TouchRight are by default directed to the email address noted in account settings.

However, if preferred, replies can be received by the user who sent the initial email out via TouchRight.

Please note: Only Account Owners can change this setting.

In your TouchRight Dashboard access your Users List from the left hand side menu 'Account>Users'.

Next click the pencil icon in the actions column of the user you wish to give permission to use their own email address for replies.

Select 'Permitted' from the dropdown Use Own Email Address For Replies

Click the 'Save' button to update the users settings.
