TouchRight user permissions

It is possible to set up users in TouchRight with various user permissions. The table below gives a summary.

Account owners

Full access in the account including:

  • Adding/deleting users

  • Amending account details such as name, address and logo

  • Upgrading the account onto payment plans

  • Adding accreditations and disclaimers

  • Accessing usage reports

Internal users

Access includes:

  • Creating, editing and deleting properties and reports

  • Creating, editing and deleting appointments for all users

External users

Will be able to:

  • Complete appointments/reports that have been assigned to them

  • View/access all reports that they have completed

  • View/create appointments for properties where they have been added as the 'property manager'

  • View reports for properties where they are the 'property manager'

Landlords

Once a landlord has been created and attached to a property, the landlord can be set up with their own login. They will be able to:

  • Access a list of reports for their own properties

  • Download any of those reports as PDF if required

Tenants

Once a tenant has been created and attached to a property, the tenant can be set up with their own login. They will be able to:

  • Access a list of reports for the property they rent

  • Download any of those reports as PDF if required
