It is possible to set up users in TouchRight with various user permissions. The table below gives a summary.
Account owners
Full access in the account including:
Adding/deleting users
Amending account details such as name, address and logo
Upgrading the account onto payment plans
Adding accreditations and disclaimers
Accessing usage reports
Internal users
Access includes:
Creating, editing and deleting properties and reports
Creating, editing and deleting appointments for all users
External users
Will be able to:
Complete appointments/reports that have been assigned to them
View/access all reports that they have completed
View/create appointments for properties where they have been added as the 'property manager'
View reports for properties where they are the 'property manager'
Landlords
Once a landlord has been created and attached to a property, the landlord can be set up with their own login. They will be able to:
Access a list of reports for their own properties
Download any of those reports as PDF if required
Tenants
Once a tenant has been created and attached to a property, the tenant can be set up with their own login. They will be able to:
Access a list of reports for the property they rent
Download any of those reports as PDF if required
