How to use the integration
Serve notice on the tenancy in The Depositary, then complete the check out report in TouchRight.
Sync the report to the dashboard, then edit the report and ‘match’ the mandatory meter reading check out fields in the report.
Then, identify issues to be pushed to The Depositary as deductions.
Complete the check out and match the report to the correct tenancy in The Depositary.
In The Depositary, the tenancy timeline automatically moves to the Deductions phase.
All meter reading information, photos, deductions and the check out report will be available in The Depositary, for you to manage through the check out process.
