Can I delete any properties I no longer manage?

You may want to remove some properties that you no longer manage, and whilst this can be done in your TouchRight dashboard, it should be carried out with caution.

The bin icon next to a property will not only delete the property record, but will also delete the full reports and appointments history for that property, as all reports are assigned to a property record.

If you wish to delete a property, we recommend you make sure that any reports are fully completed, and the PDF reports are downloaded and stored separately before a property is removed.

If a property is deleted in error, it can also be recovered, by clicking the 'Deleted Properties' button on the 'Manage Properties' screen.

Please note: this button is only accessible for accounts that are on All Inclusive Plans.
