How can I set up recurring appointment reminders?

If you plan to use TouchRight for regular property inspections at a property, then we have a helpful recurring appointment reminder feature.

When a property is set up in your TouchRight account, you can set a recurring appointment option in the Properties>My Properties or Properties>Manage Properties screen. You can set the frequency of the reminder, and whether you want it set to days, months or years (see below).

Then click Save.

You can also edit the property at a later date and add in a recurring reminder.

Once it has been saved and the first report has been completed against the property, a reminder will be added so that approximately two weeks before the next appointment is due, an email will be sent to you as a prompt for you to schedule in the appointment.

Please note: the appointment is not set automatically, as the due date may fall on a weekend or bank holiday, and the appointment may need to be pre-arranged with the tenant/s.
