Create customised templates for your lone worker alerts.
There are standard/default red and amber alert templates, but you can edit these or add a new alert template if required.
Click ‘Account’ in the left hand side menu and select 'Lone Worker’ from the drop-down menu.
Scroll down to the ‘Alert Templates’ banner and click the 'Add Alert Template' on the right hand side.
Select your Alert type from the dropdown menu.
Customise an alert by typing into the blank box and using the 'tags' to compile your message.
Click Save.
