Assign contacts to receive your lone worker alert notifications.
To add your alert contacts, you must have account owner permissions.
Click on ‘Account’ in the left hand side menu and select ‘Lone Worker’ from the dropdown menu.
Scroll to the ‘Alert Contacts’ section and click ‘Add Alert Contact’.
Select your contacts from the dropdown - please note that the alert contact must be set up as a user in your TouchRight account.
Then select the type of alert - amber and/or red, then click 'Save'.
