Plentific works with landlords to transform how they deliver repairs and maintenance services, through a powerful marketplace SaaS platform that empowers landlords and property managers to launch and manage their own fully flexible contractor supply chain.

What does the connection allow?

Seamlessly tag, track and update the status of works orders:

  • Issues and repairs can easily be created and categorised in a TouchRight report in the TouchRight app or, back in the office on the dashboard, including photos.

  • Those repairs can be pushed as works orders to the Plentific Repairs Manager platform at the push of a button.

  • Track the repairs through the Plentific Repairs Manager platform, where every repair (from raised to resolved) can be managed from end-to-end, all from one screen.

How to use the integration

  • Once the accounts are connected, properties, tenants and landlord details stored in TouchRight will seamlessly sync to Plentific.

  • When creating an inspection in TouchRight, you will have the option to identify and tag a specific repair and photos, which generates an ‘Issue’ - this can be done either on-site in the app, or once the report has synced back to the dashboard.

  • You can then choose to push the issue to Plentific Repairs Manager as a works order, either via the TouchRight app or dashboard, selecting the relevant category.

  • Track the repairs through the Plentific Repairs Manager platform and any status updates in Plentific can be reflected in your TouchRight dashboard via a ‘Check for Updates’ button.
