FixFlo - how do I connect / disconnect my account with TouchRight?

Fixflo is an online repair reporting system for rented properties.

What does the connection allow?

Seamlessly tag, track and update the status of property repairs;

  • Repairs and photos can easily be tagged in a TouchRight report in the TouchRight app or, back in the office on the dashboard.

  • Those repairs and issues can then be pushed to Fixflo at the push of a button.

  • Repairs can be tracked through the Fixflo workflow management tool and the status updated back in TouchRight.

How to set up the integration

You'll need to get your Fixflo token key and url from your Fixflo account and enter the key and url into your TouchRight account (this function is only available to Account Owners) Account>Integrations

  • Maintenance Type - choose whether to create your issues in Fixflo as 'planned maintenance' or 'reactive maintenance' (fault ID: inventory - remedial). This is useful for reporting purposes if you need to track issues as reactive in Fixflo. Note: this is actioned at the account level.

  • Issue Target - choose whether to push issues back against individual properties, or block addresses. This is useful if you want to sync issues back against a main block address for reporting purposes.

  • Add Tenants - choose whether to send issues back to Fixflo with any tenant information added in TouchRight (name, email etc.) included. If you already have your tenant details stored in Fixflo, you may prefer to select and add a tenant against an issue inside Fixflo.
