A report type/report name is the title that is displayed on the front of the PDF report that is produced. In every TouchRight account there is at standard list of report types that can be used, but customised options can also be created.
You can set up a custom report type as follows:
Select the Reports tab in the left hand side menu and choose 'Report Names' from the dropdown menu.
Click the 'Create Report Type' button.
Add the report name and click Save. This name will then be selectable the next time you schedule an appointment or create a report.
You also have the ability to upload an image to be used on all reports using a specific report name.
Please note: this overrides any front cover images added to reports with that report name. You can only add an image against Report Names created specifically for your own use.
Tap the pencil edit adjacent to an existing report name. If no pencil edit exists you will need to create a new version of the name first.
Then select the image from your computer and tap save.
Any reports now created with that name will have this image even if a front cover image is added within the actual report.
If you now have two identical report names you can simply disable the one with no pencil edit (by tapping the X icon in the far right actions column).
